HELP WANTED FOR ABILITIES!

With just one month left in the semester, Abilities at Wright State University is looking for passionate students to step up and join the leadership team for Fall 2025/Spring 2026. This is a chance to make a real impact on campus, build leadership skills, and be part of a community that celebrates inclusivity. Right now, Abilities is searching for students to fill two key executive board positions: Secretary and Treasurer. If you’re organized, motivated, and want to help shape the future of the organization, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Whether it’s planning events, advocating for accessibility, or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, these roles give you hands-on experience while working alongside like-minded students who care about inclusivity. Open Positions:

🔹 Secretary – The communicator and organizer of the group!

✅ Take meeting notes and share updates.

✅ Manage emails, newsletters, and social media (Instagram, Facebook).

✅ Keep track of attendance and membership records.✅ Help promote events and create flyers.

🔹 Treasurer – The financial brain of the organization!

✅ Keep track of fundraising income and donations.

✅ Handle expenses and maintain financial records.

✅ Submit receipts and ensure everything runs smoothly with university policies.

✅ Attend financial training to learn the ropes.
